    Location: Remote 

    SUMMARY

    Mariposa Consulting Group (MCG) is seeking a dedicated Marketing Analyst to support our clients in achieving their marketing and enrollment goals. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in conducting market intelligence, developing marketing strategies, and implementing enrollment campaigns. The Marketing Analyst will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and create tailored solutions that drive community engagement and enrollment success.

    ROLES + RESPONSIBILITIES 

    Market Intelligence and Analysis (50%)

    • Conduct market intelligence and community profiling to understand client needs

    • Collaborate on data analysis and produce community profile reports

    • Acquire and analyze media consumption data

    Messaging Development (25%)

    • Develop and refine core messaging and marketing plans based on community learnings

    • Create and manage marketing collateral and lead generation infrastructure

    • Develop phone banking scripts and collateral

    • Plan and execute lead nurturing strategies to drive enrollment

    Performance Tracking and Reporting (15%)

    • Support the development and evaluation of enrollment goals and targets for clients

    • Support maintenance of customized data dashboards for tracking progress

    Continuous Improvement and Documentation (10%)

    • Continuously refine enrollment strategies, messaging, and marketing materials

    • Maintain and update an enrollment playbook with seasonal adjustments

    CORE COMPETENCIES 

    • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, media consumption, and community profiles

    • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for creating messaging, and reports

    • Project Management: Experience in supporting marketing and enrollment campaigns

    • Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in using data to drive marketing strategies and enrollment targets

    • Collaboration: Ability to work closely with various stakeholders, including consulting partners and client staff

    • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust strategies based on community feedback and data insights

    SALARY RANGE + BENEFIT OFFERINGS

    • $48,000-$58,000
