    Compensation: $5,000 per month or $15,000

    Job Description:

    We are a boutique enrollment, marketing, and operations consulting firm that supports school networks across the country with their needs along a personalized sequence tied to the arc of the year. We are looking for someone to temporarily fill in for our Lead Consultant, Content Development, who will be on paternity leave during this time period. This role is primarily focused on supporting student enrollment client work. There will be brief overlap at the start and end of this engagement to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding. We are dynamic, innovative, and gritty, and looking to add a temporary new teammate who will embrace our start up charm and jump right in to help.

    Responsibilities:

    • Primary: Content Development For Partners/Clients

      • Develop and oversee the creation of high-quality content, including family-focused campaign messaging, collateral, mailers, playbooks, and other outreach materials.

      • Create digital ad content focused on lead acquisition and conversion, including but not limited to Meta advertising, Google advertising, Display ads, etc.

      • Write nurture content to be used across channels such as email marketing, text messages, and web content, ensuring effective engagement with prospective families.

      • Create, refine, and customize templates to support client goals and enrollment targets.

      • Collaborate with other MCG team members to ensure content aligns with overall brand strategy and messaging consistency.

    • Secondary: Content Development For Mariposa Consulting Group Brand

      • Create and distribute resources and updates through email and social platforms.

      • Develop branded tools and materials to enhance MCG’s brand awareness and value.

      • Support the Founder with various writing projects, including proposals, case studies, and other materials as needed to support the flow of business.

    • Other Duties As Assigned

      • Given the dynamic nature of our start-up company, other content development-related duties may be assigned as needed. Examples include marketing strategy development or staff hiring related messaging and campaign work.


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

    • Proven experience in content development, writing, and brand management.

    • Understanding of the education landscape, particularly in the student recruitment space.

    • Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and tackle multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools.
